Basilique gets an 11th hour reprieve

I have some good news that I’d like to share with you.

First, thank you so much for your many messages of support and gratitude for Basilique and my efforts with the region during a time of great soul-searching and transition. I appreciate your kind words, fun reminiscences, and the keen interest in what we’ve accomplished here.

Now, I’d like to introduce you to my long-time friend, Brixton Parx, who has offered to cover the full cost of region maintenance for the next three months – October, November, and December 2017!

Together, we have worked out a three-month plan to increase the region’s traffic while increasing income to offset costs. I will get to focus on what I enjoy most – which is developing the region. Brixton will concentrate on making both my cost and time commitments sustainable so that I – with your help – might be able to continue to maintain the region through 2018 and beyond.

The next three months will involve a period of consultation with Basilique Citizens, where Brixton will aim to find supporters who wish to contribute and share in the Basilique’s continued existence and success, so that we may all continue to enjoy everything this unique and beautiful place has to offer – together.

I hope that you will share your views and ideas with Brixton so that together we can help Basilique survive and thrive! He will contact you soon to share how you can participate.

Best wishes and thank-you!

When I can help I try to do my best! One tip: YOu should set someone as admin at the Basilique photos in Flickr who adds all the waiting photos. Flickr is a great source to show the lovely place to other people and they maybe want to join then.
