Season 2 of Paradise Lost in Second Life is now well underway with a very enjoyable sell-out performance presented last weekend. We’re still getting fantastic reviews. The show is clearly continuing to surprise and delight nearly everyone fortunate enough to get a chance to watch it.
Paradise Lost in Second Life is no longer new, so it’s unlikely to gather the same kind of attention we received during the first season from bloggers and SL media. This makes getting the word out more of a challenge. Which brings me to the point of this blog post.
I’d like to thank you, bloggers and SL media, for sharing 80+ articles (see below for a full list) mentioning Paradise Lost to date. Your support has blown me away. Many, many people who first learn about the show, learn about it through your posts on your blogs and social media!
Still, there are still so many people out there in Second Life who have never heard about this show – and would be delighted to know about it – which is exactly where you can help spread the word.
What’s the best way to spread it? I’ve found one of the best tasters of our work is our appearance on the DraxFiles World Makers Series – Episode 18. Just this one video and a link to the marketplace where tickets can be found, is usually enough to inspire people to recognise that what we’re doing is worth seeing for themselves. It’s got it all – great behind the scenes footage, background information on how we made it, scenes from the show, and real life footage of the producers, of which I’m one. Here it is, if you’ve not yet seen it yourself.
So, I’d like to remind you, that we’re now performing Season 2 of this ground-breaking production – we have 9 shows left for which tickets are available on the MarketPlace. If you’ve not yet spread the word about Season 2 already, please help us out so more people can have an opportunity to be once again blown away by what they never thought was possible in Second Life.
And here, are all your posts… Thank you again! (and thanks to Caitlin Tobias for the photo above)
